Are pendants available with the chain

Yes. We have a range of chains for you. You need to select the preferred pendant and you can also find an option to check out the chains. The price that is mentioned near pendant is only for the pendant and the cost of chain is separate. Once you have selected the pendant, you need to click on "BUY NOW" option and later browse for gold or 22Kt Yellow chain.

What if I do not find the piece that I wanted on the site anymore Can I still place an order

What are the various Cut grades?

A diamond’s cut grade is a mark of its light performance. The cut is prized as one of the defining characteristics that can express the beauty and sparkle of a diamond. Cut grades vary from excellent cuts to poor cuts.

What if I don’t like the Jewellery I ordered?

We understand that you may not be fully satisfied with the product. In that case, you can ask for a full refund or get it exchanged within 24hrs if product is received in the same condition and as per the exclusive Easy Returns and Exchange policy

How can I place an order on DAR Jeweller?

• Choose your Jewellery piece and click on “Buy Now” button

• You will be then redirected to your shopping cart page – click on 'Place Order' to make payment for the piece or click on 'Continue Shopping' to add more products in your cart

• Enter all your details – name, contact number, email ID and billing & shipping addresses and continue to payment

• Choose your payment mode and complete the payment

• You shall receive an order confirmation email to the e-mail address you provided while placing the order

• For Cash on Delivery Orders, you will receive a confirmation call from us, kindly note the order will be taken into processing only after telephonic/email confirmation.

What are the terms and conditions for Lifetime Warranty policy?

• The product should be original and accompanied with the Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice.

• Customers can either call our Customer Care team at 9952433386 or email at customercare@darjewellery.com

• We offer cleaning & polishing services, stone tightening and other repair services which enhance the life of the Jewellery that suffers the daily wear and tear.

• Please note that warranty service rendered is not chargeable. However, the Customer will have to bear the cost of any extra material (Gold or Diamond), if applicable, required to complete the service request.

• Shipping charges are borne by customers as per actuals (within India) for such requests.

• The policy is deemed void if any other third party Jeweller has worked on it.

What are the various colour grades?

Clarity refers to the presence or absence of inclusions or blemishes or any identifying marks within a diamond. Clarity grades are segmented as FL-IF: Flawless-Internally Flawless, VVS1-VVS2: Very Slightly Included, VS1-VS2: Very Slightly Included, SI1-S12: Slightly Included and I1-I2: Included.

If I lose my original certificate, could I get a duplicate?

We’ll provide you with a duplicate certificate at a nominal cost and if you have the bill, please write to us at customercare@darjewellery.com for more details.

Can I customize the metal, color, clarity, carat weight, gemstone etc. in a particular design?

Yes! You can customise metal purity, diamond quality, metal color of the design as per your requirement.

Is the Jewellery certified?
